Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Every order leaves our Antalya atelier in protective export packaging — larger pieces in custom wooden crates, photographed before dispatch. All shipments are insured.

Estimated transit times:
- Europe: 6–10 days (road freight)
- United Kingdom: 8–12 days
- North America: 10–15 days (air) / 4–6 weeks (sea)
- Middle East & Gulf: 7–12 days
- Rest of world: quoted per order

Smaller items ship via DHL/UPS express with door-to-door tracking.

Trade terms: EXW Antalya, FOB, CIF, and DDP on request. Goods of Turkish origin ship into the EU duty-free under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union (A.TR). Any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping for oversized pieces is quoted separately at order confirmation, so you always pay actual freight.
