Every order leaves our atelier in protective export packaging — larger pieces in custom wooden crates, photographed and documented before dispatch. All shipments are insured.

Smaller items ship via DHL/UPS express with door-to-door tracking.
Trade terms
For hospitality and volume orders we work with standard Incoterms: EXW Antalya, FOB, CIF — and DDP on request. Goods of Turkish origin ship into the EU duty-free under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union (A.TR).
Shipping is quoted separately at checkout confirmation for oversized pieces, so you always pay actual freight — never inflated flat rates.
