Every Dimare piece is handmade to order — production begins only after your purchase. For this reason we cannot accept returns for change of mind on standard or customised orders.

Damaged or defective items

  • All shipments are insured against transit damage.
  • Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the item before full unboxing.
  • Verified damage or manufacturing defects are repaired, remade or refunded — your choice.

Warranty

All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Natural variation in handmade fibre work is part of each piece's character and is not considered a defect.
