Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide — road freight across Europe, sea and air freight globally, and express courier for smaller pieces.

Can I customise colours?

Absolutely. Most products can be produced in your choice of rope colours and fibres. We can also match brand palettes for hospitality projects.

What is your production time?

Usually 3–8 weeks depending on the piece and quantity. Every item is made to order in our Antalya atelier.

Can you produce custom designs and sizes?

Yes. Custom dimensions, shapes and fully bespoke designs are our core work — send us your concept or CAD drawings.

Are your products suitable for hotels?

Yes. Our collections are developed specifically for hospitality use: UV-stable fibres, marine-grade fittings where needed, and materials chosen for intensive outdoor service.

How do I care for the pieces?

Most pieces need only spot-cleaning and an occasional gentle wash. Detailed care instructions ship with every product.

How weather-resistant are they?

Outdoor collections use UV-resistant, quick-drying materials. Like all fine outdoor furnishings, we recommend storage or covering through extreme winter conditions.

Do you support installation?

Yes — we provide detailed installation guides with every architectural piece, and on-site installation can be arranged for larger hospitality projects.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for standard pieces. For hospitality projects, volume pricing applies from around 10 units depending on the collection.
